Apple Dumplings


2 1/2 Granny Smith Apples

2 12 ounce cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup butter

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 12 oz can/bottle Mt Dew


1. Preheat oven to 350, grease 9x13 baking dish

2. Cut apples so you have a total of 16 wedges. Separate crescent roll dough into triangles and roll each apple wedge in the crescent roll. You can pinch to seal or leave open to allow sugar mixture inside

3. Melt butter on stove and stir in sugar/cinnamon. Pour over apple dumplings. Pour Mt Dew over dumplings.

4. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown


Pumpkin Bread


1 15oz can pumpkin puree

4 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2/3 cup water

3 1/2 cups flour

3 cups sugar

2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tsp ground ginger


1. Preheat oven to 350,

grease/flour 2 9x5 loaf pans

2. Mix pumpkin puree, eggs,

oil, sugar, vanilla, water

3. Whisk nutmeg, cloves, and ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.

Stir all into pumpkin mix until blended

4. Bake for 70-80 minutes. Use toothpick check!

Pumpkin Seeds

Chicken


  1. Bake chicken, slice into strips and refrigerate overnight

  2. Mix apples, spring mix, top with other ingredients

Dressing:

Balsamic Vinigar

Light Olive Oil

Water

Maple Syrup

Garlic Salt

Pepper
